Field Artist Management 30-Day Apparel Return Policy (2025 Update)

At Field Artist Management, we are committed to providing high-quality apparel and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our updated return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange eligible apparel items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items marked as final sale or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives with misprints, defects, or damages, or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Email us at info@fieldartistmgmt.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Upon approval, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us First – Before sending any item back, reach out to us at info@fieldartistmgmt.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Shipping the Item – Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Processing – After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Exchanges – If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving your return. Availability may vary.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Shipping Address – If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Unclaimed Packages – Orders that remain unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window

  • Final sale or custom-made products
