Field Artist Management 30-Day Apparel Return Policy

At Field Artist Management, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's our streamlined return policy:

  1. Claims for Quality Issues: Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if there are any issues with misprints, damages, or defects. We'll address them promptly and cover expenses for our errors.

  2. Contact Us First: If you encounter any problems with your order, email us at info@fieldartistmgmt.com before initiating a return.

  3. Return Address: Ship items back to our facility. Upon receipt, we'll notify you via email.

  4. Wrong Address: Ensure the provided address is accurate. If a courier deems it insufficient, you're responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address.

  5. Unclaimed Shipments: Items left unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You'll bear the cost of reshipment, if applicable.

  6. Transit Responsibility: While we strive for safe delivery, we can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
