Field Artist Management 30-Day Apparel Return Policy (2025 Update)
At Field Artist Management, we are committed to providing high-quality apparel and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our updated return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange eligible apparel items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Items marked as final sale or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with misprints, defects, or damages, or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Email us at info@fieldartistmgmt.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Upon approval, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact Us First – Before sending any item back, reach out to us at info@fieldartistmgmt.com to initiate the return process.
Shipping the Item – Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Processing – After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges – If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving your return. Availability may vary.
Address & Delivery Issues
Incorrect Shipping Address – If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Unclaimed Packages – Orders that remain unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for resolution.
